New discord #Patreon-Announcements-Channel (Patreon)

Hi all, I'm back from MFF and first order of business, some constructive criticism I've received on the backend of things has been getting notifications of my Patreon updates has been a bit a bit slow for any announcements or content posts. So, I've added a new patron-only notifications channel in the Discord server. 

If you are already satisfied with the current way you have managed to see notifications yourself, I wholeheartedly recommend you just going about muting the channel and ignoring it. But, this will be a place where I will @ all patrons about updates of new posts going live here, so be warned. 

I'm sorry it took this long to get something like this going, and I hope to check back on peoples thoughts on it in a few weeks. Feel free to reach out with feedback in the meantime as I go along.
