Note: The buff suggestions from the last suggestion post will NOT be counted, so if you're still interested in the character, then please comment again.  

Phase 1: 13 November 2023 - 23 November 2023 (Community suggestion Phase) Accepting Community suggestions during the dates listed above for a total of 10 days.

Phase 2: 24 November 2023 - 07 December, 2023 (2 week poll)
Note: There will be a second place.  First place planned by the end of December or so, and then second place planned in January.
