NAKED VERSION 

Somehow this happened, but I switched to horizontal bars and began to devote more time to strength training. I want to learn handstands so much that I started seriously working on my shoulders and arms. Imagine, I can already do 3 pull-ups on the bar on my own 😁👍 I now do yoga 2 times a week with an emphasis on stretching the whole body. Just the other day I was motivated by a compliment from a university teacher. She saw my photos and videos and was very impressed with the yoga I performed✨ I’m thinking of returning to the practice of Uddiyana and Nauli in the morning. It's time, so to speak, to start a wave of health🌊
