NAKED VERSION 

You know, dear friends, my summer was very busy. Surely you noticed from the photos and videos that I am constantly in nature, relaxing, spending my free time, practicing yoga. I had to pull a friend out of moderate depression, and I almost fell into this state myself. And that's why I was always somewhere. Places remote from civilization, where the elements of earth, air, water and even fire gather, clear the mind and fill it with energy. Therefore, if you know such places near you, I, as a future psychologist, strongly recommend that you relax there at least once a week. Disconnecting from the outside world and turning your attention to the inner. There is a wonderful practice for this, which was recommended by Erich Fromm, it is called “White Screen”. The point is that you need to find the most comfortable position for your body, sitting or lying down, and simply imagine a white screen in your mind. And any thoughts or images that come, simply send them away from you, focusing on a clean, white screen. You need to try to stay at rest for as long as possible. This will allow you to take a break from the mental flow, relax your body and mind, and simply recover mentally.
