Thought I'd give a little update on what's coming in this months Peasant update as I've been a little quiet!

- Trading. Peasants are able to trade their goods for a small amount of money with a trader who comes around a few times a week! They will be able to both buy and sell.
- Hunting & Scavenging. You will be able to send you peasant sims on hunts and scavenging runs and they will come back with items that they can either use, eat, make jerky with or sell.
- Jerky Rack. An object your sims will be able to build and then use to make jerked meat from their hunts. This food item never goes off.
- Tax Collector. A tax collector sim will come and pay the household a visit every friday!
- Several new careers. There are plenty of new careers to suit peasant life, most focus on trained artisan crafts such as cobblers, blacksmiths, ect.  If you peasant sim has learnt how to write, they can also pursue a career as a letter writer! Child sims have a new after school career of begging.
- Your sims can now learn a new pickpocketing skill. They can start by stealing food or money from other sims and eventually graduate onto stealing better food from market stalls.
- Peasant Rabbitholes. Much like the noble rabbitholes from a few updates ago, there are several new activities your peasants can enjoy and will receive various benefits from
- Worn out shoes. Your peasants will have to deal with their shoes breaking down over time and they will have to pay a visit to the cobbler rabbithole in order to get them fixed.
- Farming Enjoyment. Peasants have a chance of getting a 'Simple Living' happy buff when they are doing farming activities.

There are a few more smaller features and of course fixes included but this is everything so far.
Before anyone suggests peasant and noble/royal interaction (auto bowing when near and stuff), I'm trying to get that to work cleanly with no LEs. It may not be included if I can't get it to play nicely lol.

This will be out on time this month! (last Sunday of the month, maybe earlier if testing goes smoothly)
I have time to add a few more smaller features so if you have any ideas that you really want to see in this update, let me know! :)

How about overwriting the fangirling when people meet a celebrity into bowing when they meet one, we can always put nobles and royals into celebrities

I finally managed to successfully get this working, all sims (except royalty) will bow/curtsy when around a royal, and they can no longer just walk up to them and introduce themselves (same as celebs) :D

Is there to increase the amount for each of the classes that defines them? I have been playing as peasants but it seems too easy to become middle class. I see peasants up to 40000, middle class closet to 80000 and gentry anything over 120000.

yes, the tutorial is linked in the download post of both the early access post and the updated post. it's called 'Tutorial on Changing Class Values', can't link rn because I'm on my phone
