OC Winners October 2023 (Patreon)

More like OCtober, since this month I’ve decided on doing two winners! We’ve switched to a chance selection which we’ll be doing from now on, and I’m still deciding on whether we’ll stay with two OC winners a month. I’ve also now decided to publicly post them, so there’s no longer any need for Dropbox!
