In this scene, Katarina (League of Legends) is bent over and leaning towards her bed as Big Red thrusts deep into her anus.  As her body responds to every intense push, a lotus ovipositor implants large eggs into her pussy.  After a few moments, it unlatches and injects itself deeper inside her.

Regarding the results of the Alpha Hugger Poll, Sombra will be getting the Endless Cycle treatment.  Endless Cycle won with 29 total votes.  Sombra will be impregnated with eggs by a large hugger briefly, then he will jump off.  After some incubation time, Sombra will push out four eggs.  Due to time constraints, they will "hatch" off-screen, and newborn huggers will jump onto Sombra's pussy, face, and boobs, and begin ovipositing.
