I send new/current bases out directly via patreon message system every month to those who qualify. I've seen some folks struggling to find past bases and access them lately, If you need bases just submit a request either through Patreon message system or Discord DMs (whichever is easier for you). Give me 24 hours and I will link you all the requested bases.
