Prince of Suburbia: V0.6 Development update (Patreon)

Dear Patrons. I just wanted to let everyone know in a short update that we are still on track for releasing V0.6 by the end of this month. I wasn't sure if we were going to be on time or not but I was assured we will have the art assets we need to complete V0.6. Even if we do not, I will put a couple of placeholders in if absolutely necessary, which I do not foresee happening.

As per usual, when we release the new version, the beta version will be released three days early for the $10 and up tiers.

Also, as an update for the upcoming 3D game, A Shot in the Dark, we are creating the last few features that will be available for release and the last few animations. We're excited to share the game with you and hope to have the first release (Chapter One) of that out next month as a public version/demo of what is to come.

so version 0.6 will be released this week or next week? I hope there will be no more stagnation

To be conservative, V0.6 release will likely come out the last week of March. I'll do my best to release it with ~3-4 days before the end of the month for the $10 tier+ (beta version) per usual and then will release it to $5 patrons the last day or two of the month. We have full control of the coding and the writing at this point. The illustrations & animations are the only thing that I can't say 100% will be on target in the future since this is a part-time development project. Prince of Suburbia will likely continue with 3-5 month updates depending upon art timelines. However, our 3D game (A Shot in the Dark) we have full control over and you will see some posts about it before we release the first chapter sometime around mid-late April. We hope to have the 3D game consistently release every ~3 months with some minor releases in-between (like a scene or two of the next chapters).
