When in doubt, avoid the synthetic route.

You become whatever you immerse yourself in.

Subtraction is greater than addition.

The status quo is rotting with disorder.

Our bodies and brains are not standing in separate corners of the room.

You don’t need to be like them to be liked by them.

The immune system is not a battle ground—it’s a relationship.

The antidote is in the wound.

This was a fascinating episode. Truly enjoyed it. And will definitely explore the topics. Regarding the intelligence of nature, and information and energy contained within nature… I just learned about the plover bird. Google their migration patterns and practices and it will blow your mind. Especially in the context of this episode. :) 🕊️

A super dense episode. I thought I knew something about the gut biome, but it's so much more than I imagined. Learning that even if we eat sauerkraut and other fermented foods, the bacteria being reintroduced are still possibly only a fraction of the variety and number of strains our ancestors had and some humans in more natural climes around the world still have gave me a profound interest in learning more.
