I loved this episode! I feel that part of the episode is a bit product centered! So I’m wondering if we use all these products to help us sleep it becomes an habit and makes us less adaptable to the context and more natural environment (like travel and sleep on other beds or outside). Here’s my thought and experience: I tried few years ago to use the least products as possible to help me sleep and realized I sleep better now because my body adapted to it : no curtains, no sleep mask, no earplugs no matter the context, city or nature, even youth hostels. I’ve never had such a heavy sleep since then! It took time to adapt but it gives me freedom to sleep wherever without bringing sleeping accessories.

When it comes to the school debt issue, I decided to go to a school that offered me a degree as long as I worked at the school through an work study program. I ended up with a BS in accounting which has been useful but I also have a child who has chosen a path that led him to a job he loves with great individuals who are willing to teach him a trade and so I feel that whatever is your passion and works for you is a great way to go! However I do agree that a debt free degree is the only way to go!!!

Hey Josh!! I also tell my self to wake up at a certain time if I need to wake my husband up or if I have an obligation the next day. It works every single time! It's good to hear I'm not the only one! ;)
