MAXIMS

Distractions are the weeds that grow out of boredom.

Every expectation is a roadblock on the highway to happiness.

It’s not the dream if it’s not your dream.

Minimalism is the natural state for human beings.

Competition confounds contentment.

I cut my worries in half by getting rid of half of my possessions.

The more things you have, the more things you have to worry about.

I personally love the longer lengths as well as the format. One can always find shorter versions on YT. : )

Marja

Am I the only one who does not fancy these new longer podcasts? For me they are too scattered around, compared to the old ones these seem less concentrated.

Emma

Thanks for your feedback, Marja! Any useful suggestions for the future?

Marja

Umm, maybe try to keep the length shorter? Of course it's great to let the conversation flow, but 2-3 hours seem quiet long for me. Maybe it's just me, I liked the old format, one podcast covered one walk, and now I have to either split the podcast (or just quit it) or do double walks.

Emma

We understand. Give it a month—we think you’ll love it! --JFM
