He said something about avocados generally most people can eat except those with histamine intolerance. I don’t know what histamine intolerance is but I wonder if that’s my issue. I used to eat avocados but began to notice (after several instances) that immediately afterwards I would get a terrible stomach ache and feel like I was going to vomit or pass out. No other food does this for me. In general I do have multiple allergies (seasonal, aspirin/ ibruprofen and maybe hazelnuts.) So now I’m wondering more about this.
