Thanks for this great episode! It made me realize that I’m caring for my body via movement more than I previously thought. I’m not someone who is a “super active person” (I don’t go to the gym, go for runs, or do fitness classes), but I do have a lot of movement incorporated throughout the day (walking, stretching, squatting, housework, etc.).
