I thought, when JFM said, "We tolerated a lot of the nonsense because we were so afraid to lose comfort & afraid of losing the approval of others", was powerful!

POMO, JOMO.....New acronyms for my vocabulary. Great episode. As I was listening, I cancelled a dinner engagement for 30 April. (Yes, I'm listening to this late.) But at the same time, I was listing activities of an upcoming site visit. (Classroom size, locations of bathrooms, etc.) One is important and the other is just an "obligation" to meet quarterly. We don't have to meet quarterly. We can actually meet whenever we want. Thanks for another thought-provoking espisode. Time to go outside, soak in the sun's rays and sip on an iced tea while I ponder becoming 65! LOL
