Just when I think I have seen the "best" podcast, another is presented with an awesome topic and message! As I listened/watched this podcast, I found myself jumping from task to task to task. I fought to keep focused on the podcast. I actually had to rewind just to catch what I missed. The messages received were loud and clear. "Focus. Notice. Redirect" I need to put this up on my cubicle or home office wall as a reminder. FYI. During this podcast, I lost focus sooo many times. Dishes, coffee, phone calls, emails, bathroom break, repeat..... I will be checking out the book. Thanks again for having such a wonderful guest!
