As a 5, this was quite illuminating! The enneagram is so fascinating. I really enjoyed the deep dive on each type in this episode.

I'm a 4w5 and an INFP. I think the Myers Briggs does also illustrate how your personality changes under stress and in different situations. It shows how your functions will be used differently and present themselves differently. Honestly i think i find the MB personality more illuminating and in depth. But they're all helpful 🙂
