Really enjoyed the episode, it's sensible to acknowledge that people are different therefore not all 'diets' work. Ireland has the one of the largest incidents of Celiac disease, it particularly affects those of Irish Celtic origin, yet this has only been discovered, relatively recently. Ideological finger-waving about them being too uppity for Bread wouldn't help matters. Similarly, some people may be better suited to the latest trends e.g. Paleo, Vegan, Raw Vegan, Carnivore. What unites the salubrious aspects of diets is the removal of highly processed, profit-making food-like products. Although veganism, especially, appears to have fallen foul of this industry in recent times.
