I really loved the question "Am I empty inside or am I spacious?"

Yumi Yarns

I really enjoyed this episode, there were so many great takeaways & things that got me thinking about how I'm handling my own relationship with my mom & others. I also retook the Myers-Briggs assessment & got INFP... So I'm an introverted Ryan? Lol! Seriously though, loved the conversations in this episode. Thanks, guys! ^_^
