Wow!! It was so surreal to hear you guys talking directly to me. Thank you SO MUCH for your thoughtful comments! I'm thinking of implementing bodyweight exercises at my office job by taking a break every hour or so to go into another room and get myself moving. I'm betting it will also help with the upper back/shoulder pain I'm experiencing as a result of sitting at a desk all day. Thank you so very much!! I am kind of fangirling out over here.
