The missions where you have to shoot a billion people only get more prominent and harder, you need to get better, I suggest holding your controller lower , maybe on your lap thats more of a comfortable position to play

This is a story game , not a choice game but there are diferent endings depending on some of the choices you make in the future , You are only not supposed to kill random people and when the game gives you the choice, if your breaking someone out of jail and everyone is shooting at you you have no choice but to shoot back
