I think Lee had mixed feelings about Naruto beating Neji, because he has proven to himself that someone who is considered by all a loser could win with someone who is considered a genius, but at the same time he felt jealous and weak, because Naruto did something that Lee never managed to do.

Kisame

Shikamaru truly showed the qualities required for a Chunin, intelligence, composure and judgement :) Naruto is too much of a knucklehead and too destructive xD they are good buddies though :D we know that the Kazekage is plotting the destruction of Konoha, the Leaf Village, his Sand Village together with the Sound Village, so obviously he has an ulterior motive :) so nice to see Lee again, poor guy is messed up :P Lee is happy for Naruto that he managed to beat Neji but is also upset that he could never do that :) as per usual Kakashi is late xD Sasuke got a new drip, his hair is also longer :D love that scene killing those 2 fools from Grass Village, they had no idea who they are dealing with :) killing people in their world isnt really a crime especially when you get attacked, if its like an assassination then there could be something but otherwise its fine :P they built this up real hard, you can truly feel the tension :D btw when are the fish nets coming? since you like them so much :P

Sasuke looks very different in this episode because the animators poorly animated this one. If you pay attention to some of the other characters they all have derpy faces including Naruto
