They didn’t even want naruto to use that chakra It’s because the nine tails chakra is stronger than naruto’s own chakra meaning that the nine tails can easily take over naruto and everyone in the village is scared that the fox might attack again, narutos body is basically a vessel to keep the fox locked away

The bird represented freedom, neji’s freedom from his fate because he lost showing that destiny isn’t predetermined and also for naruto for finally being acknowledged by the village, this is a great ark:)

I don't think Neji was wrong. In this match, he spoke the pure truth, the only thing he was wrong about was that Naruto did not have the potential to be hokage (Neji simply did not know Naruto's bloodline and about the fox).

love how Naruto taught Neji a lesson here that he shouldnt just assume who people are and what they are going through, that maybe he isnt the only one who is suffering, he is ignorant of the fact that Naruto is also carrying a burden, a mark that he cant just get rid of :) when the Nine Tails chakra started channeling that was really hype, plus Neji could see it :D it was cool how Naruto told Neji that he will change the Hyuga once he becomes the Hokage, he truly cares :) that upper cut from the ground is always epic, what a finishing move :D gotta give it to Neji though he was truly strong :) now Naruto taught him a valuable lesson :) the bird symbolizes freedom, Neji said that the Cruse Mark makes you a bird in a cage :) most people are scared of the Nine Tails, its tough to control, if Naruto loses control of it it could be really bad, he could go on a rampage, but since Jiraiya is so powerful and has the knowledge he can afford to try and help Naruto with it :)

I know this is an old reaction, but to answer your questions in the end, the Nine Tailed Fox is a Demon. Not something that you just control at will. The Demon Fox cares nothing about Naruto and as far as the people in the village are concerned, it is just an object to be feared, with very good reason. There really isn't anybody in the village who could "teach" Naruto how to handle something like that, and even if there was, the risk that comes with it could threaten to destroy the entire village. Pervy Sage meets with Naruto on a whim, and manages to help Naruto with it a little bit.
