The ninjas who stole faces of another shinobi were posing as Orochimaru's team. These 3 who fought Sakura are actual people from Sound Village who's mission was to kill Sasuke given by Orochimaru. They didn't know that he gave Sasuke curse mark so once Sasuke woke up Dosu understood what was going on and withdrew

gotta love seeing the Ino-Shika-Cho combo in action, nobody expected them to be this good as a team :D Im guessing you know at this point that this team of Dosu, Zaku and Kin are Orochimaru's subordinates and that he killed and stole the faces of some Grass ninja :P looks like though they got played cause they didnt even know properly what they were set up for :D I also like how they keep teasing us with Neji, how strong he is :) dark Sasuke on the scene, this part is always so hype :) the Curse Mark is quite a popular tattoo among fans as you might expect :D this show really takes its time with revelations and developing things, so no worries you will understand everything in time, if you miss something we will help you out :)
