In B&B 2, the tone changes when the Bear speaks to Bob and Doug are delightful. And the backstory makes it even better. That character is winning on multiple levels. That you mentioned keeping shells for stock makes me stupid happy. Forge Bear’s Sassy as Hell playlist might need to happen. Nothing but sass, for those kind of days. I really like the Wulf’s origin story idea. That’s a good framework. Uncle Forge Bear always makes me picture a retired coach (who has all the best stories). It’s so relaxed, but still manages to grab and hold your attention. He’s such a great variation on ‘he’s going to talk, and you are going to listen.’ Love a good Dylan Thomas reference. And that your phone dinged when you said ‘eat the rich’ as if the oven was primed and ready. :D You mentioned glimmer as a form of currency. That means legendary shards are also a form of currency, and does that mean we could stab people with money? And now I’m heading down a rabbithole about money as a weapon.
