Hello everyone. It's been awhile since I made an update post. A lot has and will happen in the coming month so I'd like to bring you up to speed about it all. 

Update

First, I would like to apologise for my silence. Some of you have reached out to me in private and I thank you very much for doing so. There was a lot going on in my personal life which flared my anxiety and when overcome, I tend to withdraw socially. In particular it has to do with my mom and brother but for their privacy, I'm sorry for not going into detail. That said, the worst has passed. The situation is not resolved, but we're doing our best and so far our best is manageable. This isn't the main post but I just wanted you to know why and that I will be much more present here on. 

Announcement

So some good news to lighten the mood. I've been wanting to announce this for awhile now.. my motion capture suit has finally arrived!

You might recall back in November a kind person who donated the suit to support our dance and martial arts dreams. It's finally here!

I've tried out the suit and it is amazing. Animation time is cut down and I can redirect my focus to micro-animations and/or modding. As is the nature of dance and martial arts, my animations here onwards will be a blend of hand animation and motion capture. Some movements defy the laws of physics (joking, I just can't do a 540 degree spinning kicks) therefore must be hand animated.

There's a lot more going on in the workshop, especially a mega project which I have been working on for months and used the bulk of June to do. I am super excited to reveal it. We're close and the finish line is in sight! But I will share more when we're closer. In the meantime, the ones above and a couple others will definitely be released.
