Discussion (Patreon)

Hello everyone. I hope you guys are having a good day/night. Unsure if you guys have seen the new rule Patreon has made but it'll potentially heavily affect my future contents and even some of the ones I already have out and available right now. The new rule applied is "consent" and as you know a lot of my artworks are not exactly within that range as they are often times more or extreme. This means CNC (consensual non consent) artworks will require to be removed as my page will be at risk of termination. I thought about it a bit and yeah there's absolutely no way I can do that cause it'd restrict my artistic expressions and enjoyment in drawing way too much.

This puts me in a pretty difficult position since I don't want to just close or stop posting my Patreon so I've thought of some alternative options that I have not settled on as of yet.

1. Move my stuff and support for Patreon to Subscribestar since I already have an account ready for posting.

2. I'll put up all my work on Discord server, this way of course I can be more active to chat and share my artworks more freely.

3.Transfer all my current and future work to either Mega or GDrive

If I move my stuff to discord/mega then I'll still be able to be active on discord for POLLs, updates along with a preview of some of the stuff but the actual contents in those sites/servers. Only issue being that I need to figure out a solution to changing links or have them behind access like how Patreon current has to view my stuff. Those are just some of my thoughts on the matter, it's a really crappy thing for them to do and change but nothing I can really do about it aside trying to obey the rules.
