So it seems I just gained access to this feature. Not sure when, but I decided to activate it. So now you are able to sign up for an entire year if you so choose.  Not only that, but I have set it to a 10% discount when you do.

As for the single character flat colored commission rewards that come with some tiers, it will pretty much mean you get access to them right away. For example, the $5 tier you will get 1 commission for the year, and the $10 tier you will get 3. You will be able to claim these whenever you want using the form on the hub, though do keep in mind they will be put in the queue, so I will unlikely be able to do them right away as I also have to continue up the exclusives for you all too.
