A side conversation on technical things (Patreon)

Before I jump into the next movie, I wanted to take a moment to sit back, look at more of the technical side of production and my current thoughts. Figured it would be nice to share a peek behind the curtain from time to time, for those who are curious.

One thing that I've had issues with, is the models clipping. The Sakura scene in particular was difficult, due to the number of models, all interacting with each other. I can't imagine how difficult a full-on orgy would be. I'm hitting the books, looking at new improved methods to approach to help reduce the clipping issues. Sure, some things might be minor, like toe going slightly through the floor, or a hand on the waist slightly sliding through the skin. Sure - their small, but I feel it takes away from the immersion. I want every scene to appear authentic as possible and not some rushed job. 

Another issue is doing better at capturing the female mouth movements. I'll admit, they're more stagnant for my taste, and definitely want to improve on this area. For close-up shots in particular im reviewing new methods to capture, to give a better flow for mouth movements. Reducing that choppy appearance. Gotta have those smooth lip moaning motions.

Sounds Effects! Oh boy, where do I begin? Im sure for you, the end-user. It may not sound so repetitive or dull. For me, as I'm laying down every little motion. It all begins to sound the same. The last scene with Sakura, really hit me how I need to improve a lot of the sexual sounds. So I'm getting my audio booth setup again and going to create a much larger library of sound effects. So going forward, new films will have a less repetitive sound and more dynamic feel to them. 

Last area to look at is the money shot. The holy grail of porn moments and the bane of 3D animators. Cum shots are hard. Sperm is a liquid that's sticky yet runny. It's not slime and it's not water either. It's this in-between, and it also as to act correctly or it just throws off the scene. But also - this is Hentai. I can literally do anything, so why do traditional porn? Make those loads thick n heavy I say! But I am currently investigating how to improve those precious final moments. Have to make it extra special. No real timeline on this, will be a constant ongoing area for me. I'll definitely demo any new approaches I design. 

Okay - whew. Just a couple of areas I want to cover and share with everyone. I'm constantly taking notes and looking to improve each scene. It's one thing to take note of your failings, but another to actually apply that for the next. That's what I'm working on, applying what I've learned to improve.
