It sounds like you got the gist of this assassination plot but I feel like organizing it all anyway in case there was something that wasn't clear! So here goes - Two main organizations ("Q", and the Star Religious Group), are currently after Riko's life to prevent her merger with Tengen for their own reasons. In this episode, Q attacked directly and quickly failed, but the Star Religious Group has hired Fushiguro for the assassination, and paid him ¥30m up front. Fushiguro is aware of Gojo's strength as a sorcerer, and doesn't want to attack him head on, so he's used the ¥30m to post a bounty on Riko on an underground website for curse users. That's when we see random curse users start showing up attacking Gojo and Geto towards the end of this episode. Fushiguro's plan is to wear down Gojo over the course of the bounty's active period before attempting the assassination himself, and he's confident that none of the bounty hunters will actually be able to kill her and claim the bounty. Gojo's Cursed Technique (deleted the name, I dont think its been outright said by this episode): There's a lot of physics lingo tossed around which makes it sound hard to understand, but basically Gojo's technique lets him create a vacuum in space that pulls things toward it. That's Blue. There's a way to do something called "Reverse cursed technique" which makes your technique to do the opposite effect of its normal behavior. For Gojo, it makes his technique instead push things away, which he calls Red. We saw him use this in season 1 episode 7. Pushing and pulling, easy! He can also activate his technique without infusing cursed energy into it (Infinity). If he does this, it will just stop things in space (or slow them down infinitely, whatever lol). He applies this to his own body to prevent things from ever hitting him. Shoko is apparently a gifted natural at Reverse cursed technique. If you use it with raw cursed energy, it will heal instead of inflicting damage on its target. She's the go-to healer at Jujutsu High for this reason, however anyone can learn how to do it if they work at it long enough. Gojo failed his "Red" this episode because he sucks at reverse cursed technique lol. Geto's Cursed Technique "Curse Manipulation": In short, he can control curses. It's explained more in the next couple of episodes. The old man curse user in this episode seemed to recognize the technique, so maybe others out there have it too. Geto's version of it is either way better than most or he's just reached a high mastery of it, not sure. I was lost during this part in the manga, and it took at least a couple watches for it all to really click in the anime too. It feels like it takes 6 degrees and a prayer to follow this series sometimes 🤣 - but really it's not so complicated once it clicks, and it's a lot easier once the stakes are set and the fighting starts lol. I really appreciate this Rekway! The whole bounty thing had me for a bit lol So for Gojo we have Red, Blue and Infinity as far as this episode from what I'm getting. The way he can pull off Infinity still trips me up!
