A bit of a slow start and even though it was at the last minute I still got to see Thorfinn!!! Our guy just looks dead inside honestly. I just REALLY hope we get his inner dialogue and understand how he got to this current situation. It doesn’t seem like he is an actual slave though. I cannot imagine Thofinn allowing himself to be treated as one... at least not knowingly 😅

Word of warning before diving into S2. Most people either love or hate it. The tone shift between S1 and S2 might be a little jarring but imo it's worth it. And considering what you wanted from Thorfinn in S1, I think you'll really enjoy this season! Some people refer to this arc as Farmland Saga and it's a lot more character driven than it is story/plot driven.

It's really a shame that a lot of people overlooked S2, because it's written so well. I guess some people just wanna see action nonstop

Surprisingly our YT folks are really praising season 2! It's taking me a bit to warm up to the direction but I think I'm finally opening up to the approach (currently recorded up to episode 5)
