Ah yes, a new opening since we’re at what would be considered the start of a new season. I remember watching someone breakdown what it takes to animate an opening like that and without a doubt it certainly takes a lot of passion to do it so expertly. Here we are at the qualifiers. It’s kind of wild if you think about how Karasuno shares a prefecture with Aoba Johsai, Dateko, and Shiratorizawa. Teams with a National-level middle blocker (Aone - the tall silent blonde who bowed with Hinata at the bathroom), setter (Oikawa), and wing spiker (Ushijima/Ushiwaka). And how Karasuno used to be consider a powerhouse amongst them too. One can only imagine what the golden era of Karasuno must’ve been like. But here I am rambling. Wanted to point out that Yamaguchi wasn’t necessary trying to avoid the libero (Noya) more than he was trying to perfect the float serve. Him doing a serve that even Nishinoya, the “guardian deity of Karasuno” couldn’t return is pretty impressive wouldn’t you agree? As for the conversation between Kenma and Hinata about playing a game, I believe the part you were talking about was Kenma actually expressing interest in an official match unlike the practice matches or prelim/qualifiers. An official match at Nationals between Karasuno and Nekoma. Hinata really has a way to motivate just about everyone he comes across with his love of volleyball. As for the court situation, they were just saying there will be multiple matches happening at the same time since there is more than one court available for the qualifiers. And with that said, Aoba is there so the rematch you’re hyped for is certainly possible. But I’d say best to focus on the match ahead and not so much about what comes after. With a name like the party team, well, time will tell

That breakdown sounds very interesting! With the most recent episodes it's such a bitter sweet reminder that only 1 team will make it to nationals. Oh I see thank you for that clarification of the float serve I thought he was avoiding him but it makes much more sense now. LMAO I thought it was a video game they were talking about 🤣
