Your character choices are exceptional as usual! ♡(｡- ω -) I do spy a fun little 'easter egg' in that eye test over yonder. Bit of Rem cuteness to brighten the scene, better believe that's one exam I'd certainly fail, for no obvious reasons. Speaking of tests, we certainly aren't messing around with the clearly labelled "shrinking tablets" on the table. Sure, his file is looking rather promising on his aptitude with what might be a 'short' session. Also love that she has, what appears to be a GTS poster in the room. Some subtle character trait establishment (･ω<)☆ But most notably is the familiarity I felt about the scene, add this to the fact of the recent rendition of a classic doujin in the stylings of Hachimitsu and I believe we have found the source of this ones' inspiration. Which if my guess is correct would be a work of Marusyamo's.

It may not be, because the story will be about trying a shrinking drug and noting it's effects. The boy isn't sick at all.
