Hey everyone! Happy hump day! Today…was a massive day of eating. I was shocked by how much I at, and it shows by the end of this video 🥵 my food diary for today from breakfast to dinner #2:
breakfast: oatmeal, apple, protein shake, protein bar.
morning tea: cheese sandwich, a coffee, 2 packets of chips.
lunch #1: chicken, rice and brocolli.
lunch #2: Philly cheese steak sub, chilli cheese loaded fries and a coke.
afternoon tea: trail mix, peanut buttur cups, 500ml extra cream milk.
dinner #1: fried chicken, salad and chips
dinner#2: Big Mac, cheeseburger, McFlurry, apple pie and 2 large cokes.
let’s just say I was seriously stuffed by the end of tonight! Enjoy the video everyone!
