Hey everyone! hows your Friday been? Mines been filling 🐷after snacking all day at my desk, and again on my way home. My tummy tool a turn for the worst and managed to just get dinner #1 down. It left me with zero motivation to work out. What does that mean? A McDonald's binge of course 🥰 O don't know what it is lately, but McDonalds has become my favourite. The cliche fatty food, and I can't get enough. 🤤

 I took things easy and got a large quarter pounder meal with a thickshakes, 2 apple pies, a McFlurry and a Caramel Frappeto wash it down. You know. Just a light second dinner. These snaps are from next weeks Workout Hacker Video, but DAMN, guys! I'm actually getting kinda fat now 😅 I guess that's what happens when I swap workouts for thousands of calories.
