The war in the Middle East is playing by the books of the CIA. If anyone hadn't noticed it I'm merely borrowing the OTL 'brilliant plan' of the CIA into the story.

Anyway, the war is pulling in more victims on both sides of the battlefield. Cerion now has a certain amount of leeway to accelerate his plans because of the immense funding coming his way. A few Eternals have also joined him and now he is planning to make a backup planet in case Earth is lost. 

So, it's almost time for HYDRA to get their just desserts. Cerion had been studying them for three years now. Should Steve Rogers also take the field in taking out HYDRA?
