In OTL, Gael grew up as a sheltered girl and fell pregnant by a travelling bard. She later committed suicide after she lost the baby in childbirth.

In this TL, her story is slightly different. She had Aegon as a close friend while growing up as Aegon was brought up by Alysanne after his mother's death.

While it would be nice for Aegon to marry Gael, but based on what I know of Jaeherys, I have a feeling that Aegon will probably be made to marry outside the family for political reasons just like Daemon
