a new radial menu can be found on NPCs in the customize sections. Select an expression for them to wear! This is mainly a way of me checking out animations and such, but its exposed to users now.

An additional menu item called "Navigate" allows npcs to be treated like skyrim followers. Make them follow you, dismiss them, and make them stay still (for sex).

The doggy style sex position allows a passive viewing experience as well. Simply stick the toy into an orifice and watch the npc use the toy themselves.
