Not being in the least interested in male gay sex, I'd much rather not see development and rendering time spent on it. If you can do it without a drop in content output otherwise I don't care either way as long as it's optional.

While I voted no initially, I'd be more inclined to go along with it if the character in question was a very good looking "female" character but with male genitalia or maybe a working set of both. Make "her" good looking and with some tits and you've got my vote (sort of like the doujin "[Kouei Dou (Katou Jun)] Inferior") but that's just my opinion.
