Changes at the top (Patreon)

One of my Commission patrons had to withdraw, and I took the opportunity to shift things around in order to accomplish two objectives:  1. Slightly lighten my workload, while simultaneously 2. increasing the available slots in the limited upper tiers.

Since a Commission patron receives a full size commission AND an electronic Doodle every month, I decided I could replace that with two Doodles and it would be easier for me because Doodles are faster to draw and I don't have to pack them up & mail them.  So I have removed the empty Commission slot and created two extra Super Secret Double First Class slots.  Now there are 12.
