I was recently reminded (by an upcoming SaberSpark video, if you must know) of an obscure 1990s cartoon called "Fish Police."  It has SEXY FISH BABES yall!  So I was inspired to draw some of Vanessa, whose design is eerily reminiscent of the girls from "Fish Police."  I swear, I do not remember ever watching the show.  I've watched the first 3 episodes now, and I'm positive I never saw them before this week.
