Do you feel the rhythm?  Do you feel it coursing through you, setting your blood on fire?

No?

Oh well...  I think I found a way to make the Stereo Field sound less annoying, at least.

Interesting. Okay, i must ask: Basically what i heard the stereo jam do (after all the passages) was controlling the pitch, width and frequency of the random pulses. (you said modulating and receiving modulation) It was indeed weird and interesting. But. Can you do other stuff, like: - choosing the samples from a list + controlling where they start? - select which parts of the patch are active and which are disabled/skipped/bypassed? - controlling speed/pitch of a single sample while also controlling if other samples from a list get started/sped/forwarded? - modifying a sample so that the speed stays the same but the pitch varies while also defining which parts of the sample we are listening to? - and similar things like that.

1. Yes, with 4ms STS 2. Yes, with Doepfer octal VC Switches 3. Yes, with 4ms STS 4. No .. STS can be fooled into playing samples at different speeds while keeping pitch the same, but changing pitch while maintaining speed would be .. tricky.
