While I was sick, I watched videos of pet skunks doing this move.  Apparently it is a "let's play" dance.  My  snot-clouded mind wondered how much more adorable it would be if Kelly did it ...

The Shuffle is very similar to the Warning Stomp (stomp, pause, stomp stomp, pause, repeat as necessary). The scoot backward & lunge forward signifies a play dance as opposed to a "see the stripe? This is a skunk you're messing with" dance.
