This is a procedural tune that relies heavily on an analog-to-digital converter translating a slow triangle wave into an 8 bit value which is sampled at clock intervals based on the musical tempo.  These 8 bits are either ON or OFF, and can be patched out separately to trigger sonic events / turn sections on & off.  The event density varies with the speed of the triangle LFO, even though the sample clock remains steady throughout.  This patch was demonstrated earlier in a video.
