Here it is at last, all filled up and finished.  I bought the case and the enormous Lifeforms unit at the top, ironically just a few weeks before getting laid-off from my job.  The bottom row of Very Useful Modules was paid for by YOU, my generous patrons, over the last few months.  The timing was perfect, since the final check of my severance pay came this week, and henceforth I'll probably need to spend my earnings on food.  BUT OH BABY I'VE GOT THIS SETUP NOW.  Nobody else has one quite like it.  That's one of the beauties of modular; every user builds their own system according to their taste & budget, and each one is different.

These are some homemade "utility" circuits I built to help the modular box integrate with my recording gear & basically work better.  (All of these are new since the last time I posted pics of my electrical doodads.)

Upper left:  Gelato Mixer MKII.  This version has switches so I can assign each of the six inputs to either of the two outputs.

Next to it is a gelato tub full of adapters to connect 1/4 inch to mini and vice-versa.

Bottom left:  Diode Mixer.  Not quite a ring modulator, but vaguely similar in effect, and mindlessly simple to build.  I put 1/4 inch jacks in this because I think I'm more likely to use it with microphones and instruments not in the modular rack.

Bottom right:  Effect Feedbacker / Signal Splitter / 2-Channel Minimixer / Attenuator.  A surprisingly multipurpose little pod-thing I built to help the DLY delay module do what I want it to do.
