I love the artistic prowess and way the author played with the minds of the audience in this. The claustrophobic, encased nature of the panels subtly guiding me to the 10 in the bottom left corner, the confusion of my pattern-seeking brain trying to allot it to either character's dialogue before the page's title down below ultimately points to the sharp realisation of "Oh sh*t, that's a page number... I didn't see the page numbers before."
