Well, this was certainly... something.

Anyhow, small update for everyone: My dad is getting better. I did manage to get him in hospital, but even then he just kept calling me. I didn't get any peace or quiet for days until I got him out of hospital again. And even then... Literally, the last 2 days I have been on the road just catering to his stuff because he doesn't believe me when I say that the reason his car didn't start after a few days of him not driving, was because he kept a multi tabbed Charger (Basically one wire going into the cigarette lighter and FIVE outlets on the thing, all connected to different chargers. Like for his GPS device, Phone etc) connected at all times.

I told him that I had a simliar problem in my last car when I forgot the Phone charger in the lighter for a few days. (Mind you, he had his cigarette lighter outlet modified to be ALWAYS on!) He argued that it would only drain his battery if he was charging his devices and that I didn't know what I was talking about. (Mind you, we both have a background in electronics. Admittingly, he has an actual certification, but I still think I'm right on this one)

He then refused to let me jump start his car, demanding the mechanic where he bought the battery came by and replace it. (I ended up jump starting his car and wouldn't you know it? It worked fine after that! He still got a new one because that battery had been drained of all charge and that is never good)

I can tell you.... Usually, after one day like the last few, I need 2-3 days to fully recover. But after 2? Yeah. If I was to recover and do nothing, you wouldn't see me for a week or two. Especially if you take my disabilities into account that make it hard for me to manage my own day at the best of times...

Anyhow... I hope you guys enjoy this story. I'll go and have some breakfast now and then get to the first part of Heroes Chapter 9.
