So, I really tried over the course of today to record this. Believe me when I say that even recording this little bit was a nightmare cause, for some reason, the parents in the neighbourhood seem to think that the parking lot under my window is a friggin PLAYGROUND. Don't get me wrong, I love kids... but this is just ridiculous. 

Even now... it's almost 9PM and they are still going outside with kids that can't be a day over 10.... When I was that age, my bed time was like... 8.... *sighs* Sorry for the rant, but I really don't understand why they don't just use the school yard, like most parents in the area.
