So blessed that ronnie agreed to be my tanjirou. I actually came to vietnam just to cos this with her because i wanted to meet her so bad 😭😭😭 she took care of me so so well the past 3 days in HCM.

a common question is how do cosers from different countries (with english not being the first language) communicate, and personally i get along best w those who have a mutual eagerness to learn about each other! 💓 you can tell when someone is genuinely interested in conversing with you vs a hi-bye type!! I used to think i wouldnt ever be able to befriend people from HK/TW due to my horrible mando 😭 but when you meet kind ppl who are patient in conversing and even pull out google translate in the middle of talking to articulate, ITS SO HEART WARMING!!!! I love people who share things and teach things.

Yesterday at dinner siutao and i pulled up gTranslate like six times LOL it was so funny to pause the convo just to find the right word (our first language isnt the same, Hers Canto / mine English, but we both know basic broken mandarin)

I also... couldnt find a baugette for schoolgirl Nezuko so Ronnie got me a loaf of BANH MI LOL
