Death Feederism Contract (Patreon)

DEATH FEEDERISM CONTRACT

This contract is made with the intention of gaining extreme amounts of weight or feeding the other party into extreme obesity. This agreement is effective and entered into by both parties on the ______ of _____________________, 20_____ by the “Death Feeder” _______________ and “Death Feedee” _______________.

WHEREAS, the Death Feeder is an individual with full responsibilities with encouraging, tempting, coaxing, demanding, and taking care of the Death Feedee to gain extreme amounts of weight to immobility, at least 1,000 pounds, and/or eventually the end of their life. 

WHEREAS, the Death Feedee is an obedient individual with full responsibilities of overeating beyond capacity, pleasing the Death Feeder as they see fit, and gain extreme amounts of weight to immobility, at least 1,000 pounds, and/or eventually the end of their life. 

WHEREAS, the Death Feeder and Death Feedee will develop a mutual partnership to meet the goals outlined above in destroying the Death Feedee’s mobility and health.

NOW, THEREFORE, both parties hereto agree as follows:

1.) DURATION OF CONTRACT

This agreement is for a minimum of ten (10) years beginning on the _______day of ___________________, 20____. The contract will then be revised and have the opportunity for/by both parties to renew the contract.* The Death Feeder may be eligible to have contracts with multiple Death Feedees, if agreed upon by the original Death Feedee. 

*That is to say IF the Death Feeder has not expired before the expiration of the contract date indicated above (10 years). Expiration of the Death Feedee makes the contract null and void as the goals would be accomplished. 

2.) GAINS, GOALS, AND REWARDS

The Death Feedee hereby agrees to gain as fast and unhealthily as their body will allow. The expectation is to gain a minimum of 5 pounds per month, totaling at least 60 pounds per year. 

The Death Feedee agrees to weigh themselves in public for their first weigh-in. The Death Feedee will be required to weigh-in on the date the contract is signed to determine their starting weight. Weigh-ins occur on the final day of each month to ensure the legal obligations within the contract are met by the Death Feedee. A yearly weigh-in and progress photos taken at the Heart Attack Grill is mandatory until the Death Feedee is too morbidly obese to be transported. 

The Death Feedee also agrees to wear a chastity cage during the duration of the contract. Any additional pounds gained over the course of the month may be used toward the cage being unlocked. Gaining an additional extra pound per month gives the Death Feedee 15 seconds of being unlocked. The Death Feeder is obligated to give the Death Feedee physical stimulation while the cage is unlocked. For example, 6 pounds per month allows 15 seconds of stimulation when the cage is unlocked. However, the Death Feeder is not obligated to let the Death Feedee orgasm with such stimulation; The Death Feeder has the right to deny any orgasm. 

3.) SUPPORTING GOALS

The Death Feedee is obligated to document their gains in a variety of ways to support their weight claims. In addition to the yearly Heart Attack Grill weigh-in and photos, the Death Feedee must also provide photographic or video testimony a minimum of once per month. However, the Death Feeder may request additional visual documentation on demand. Evidence of the Death Feedee’s progress may or not be shared online and both parties must consent to any content shared if their body is visible.

The Death Feeder must make every effort to satisfy and grow the Death Feedee in a variety of ways. First, the Death Feeder agrees to assist the Death Feedee with documentation. This may include, but is not limited to assisting with photographic and video evidence of the gains, recording and analyzing weight and health data, and tracking calories via a food diary. Recording and analyzing data may include weight, height, BMI, measurements and other biometric screening data such as heart rate, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and blood sugar. 

Both parties may request an official Biometric Screening from a health care provider at anytime. However, the Death Feeder is allowed to check this data and perform their own tests whenever they wish as long as its being done in a professional manner. For example, requiring the Death Feedee to use a blood pressure cuff or tape measure are appropriate tools for assessment. 

Second, as long as the Death Feedee is in good standing with the contract, the Death Feeder has an obligation to support extreme weight gain by providing free food, waking the Death Feedee in the middle of the night for a feeding sessions, running through the drive thru, and purchasing weight gain supplements (pills, protein powders, Boost VHC, etc). The Death Feeder also promises to provide general encouragement, erotic commentary, constructive feedback, and celebrations for successes. 

4.) VIOLATION OF CONTRACT. 

Should the Death Feeder fail to support the Death Feedee in any way mentioned above in any given month, the Death Feedee will be able to experience a “hold harmless” month. The “hold harmless” month will begin the next month from the one that the Death Feeder failed to fulfill their duties. The “hold harmless” procedure includes exemption of  punishment for the Death Feedee if they don’t meet their goal for the month. The Death Feedee May also choose not to wear the chastity device for a month.

Should the Death Feedee fail to meet the monthly gain requirement for any given month, they are responsible for making up any lost progress by striving to doubling the weight for the next month. As 10 pounds might be too much for the Death Feedee in one month, there is a max cap of this happening once per two months. For clarification, this means that if the Feedee gains between 0-4.9 pounds in a month, the Death Feedee will be responsible for gaining 10 pounds the next month. If the Death Feedee fails to meet the goal, they do not have to double the 10 pounds for the next month. However, the Death Feedee may suffer a different punishment outlined for failing to meet the 10 pounds in the second month. 

As a consequence for failing to first meet the 5 pound and then the 10 pound punishment, the Death Feedee will be subject to a physical or social punishment for violating the contract. The punishment will he met immediately after weigh-in before the slate is wiped clean in the third month. No two punishments may be used consecutively. 

Punishments may include:

The Death Feedee overindulging at an all you can eat buffet while wearing ill-fitting attire. The requirement is a shirt and pair of pants that is one size too small at minimum. Two sizes too small is encouraged. The Death Feedee should also do everything they can to make themselves into a spectacle as it relates to their weight gain (messy eating, beaching, farting, breaking chairs under their weight). 

The Death Feedee scheduling an appointment with their family doctor for a check up or a bariatric surgeon (but refusing to get “help”). The Death Feedee should do everything possible to scare the health care provider (explaining their typical diet, health issues developing, mobility issues, etc). The Death Feeder must wear ill-fitting clothing and request a stress test. 

The Death Feedee allowing the Death Feeder access to their social media. The Death Feeder may pretend to be the Death Feedee and post vague statuses about their weight gain, fetish, or Fat Activism (Health at Every Size, #BodyPositivity, etc). The Death Feeder may also post photos of the Death Feedee. The photos may be clothed or shirtless. 

The Death Feedee sharing photos (may include shirtless or ill-fitting attire) with their childhood crush or current crush, on body building websites or forums, or with a family member. All individuals shown photos must be at least 18 years old. 

5.) LIABILITIES

The point of this contract revolves around extreme weight gain, immobility, and growing unhealthy. The Death Feeder and Death Feedee should be aroused and willing to take their fetishes to what many would deem “too far.” However, it is explicitly stated that with compliance of the contract, the Death Feedee nor their family, friends, or community have reason for litigation based on the circumstances. The Death Feeder is not held responsible for weight gain, unemployment, immobility, health issues, death, or any other aspect of results to the contract. Both parties entered the contract aware of the perimeters and obligations. The Death Feedee must face the consequences of their willing actions by signing the contract. 

Both parties have signed and dated making this contract binding as of the date agreed upon above.
